- Various scenes of the areas and houses of proposed urban renewal project by the University of South Carolina (project number S.C. R-2). This was a project of the Housing Authority of the city of Columbia and the city of Columbia, South Carolina itself. Financial aid for the project came from the Urban Renewal Administration United States Housing and Home Finance Agency. Locations include Sumter Street, the intersection of Rice and Bull Streets, and the intersection of Heyward and South Bull Streets. This land was part of the area known as the Ward One community, or East Glencoe.
