Talking about trip with the Army and what they were able to see. Army cooperated so they could see what was going on. [02:35] WIS 7396: McNair press conference about the trip. Talks about his conversations with the soldiers. "Didn't find anyone who didn't think this was a good move." Followed by several minutes of very dark footage. [08:42] McNair speaking again. [09:25] WIS 7397: Interview with Mr. McQuarrie, on situation of the pay rates for building trades in South Carolina. Increasing almost as fast as the rest of the nation. 10% per year in most of the trades. [END]
