- Description:
- A commentary by Paul J. Schultz regarding the white population's misunderstanding of African American actions in the wake of riots in Los Angeles. Schultz describes how past race relations, intolerance and discrimination by White America has contributed to recent acts of rebellion by African American's. Schultz warns that similar acts of violence and rioting are certainly to arise in Portland if racial issues and the "White problem" are not addressed. It is unknown whether or not this commentary was ever published or circulated.
