- Announces: "This Friday, March 5th, is Revolutionary Intercommunal Solidarity Day for Bobby Seale, Ericka Huggins, Angela Davis, Ruchell and all political prisoners." Calls for: "March 5th is a day of Intercommunal Solidarity--we must launch a campaign to free all political prisoners." Background information: Between 1970 and 1971, Bobby Seale and Ericka Hugins were "tried for the 1969 murder of a Black Panther suspected of being a police informer. The six-month-long trial ended with a hung jury." (Bobby Seale. Encyclopædia Britannica.
