- Alternative title: December 20th is the 10th Anniversary of the NLF!!! Announces: 10th Anniversary celebration of the NLF at the Georgetown Free Store Warehouse, 3:00 P.M., Sunday, Dec. 20, 1970. Calls for: Love and solidarity for the Vietnamese people. Quote from document: "Since 1965 the U.S. has had 5,500 nuclear weapons stationed in S.E. Asia. Nixon has said 'Of course we have nuclear weapons in S.E. Asia and it would be foolish not to use them.'" Background information: Formed on December 20, 1960, the National Liberation Front for South Vietnam soon became known as the Vietcong, or Vietnamese Communists. (Crowley, Walt.
