Civil Rights Collection; The document is a proposal to expand the program of the Student Voice, Inc., the publishing arm of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC)" It explains the initial roles of the Student Voice, Inc. like printing pamphlets, brochures and voter registration materials used in SNCC projects and notes staff and equipment resources. The proposal outlines plans for new projects like additional production facilities, quarterly research bulletins, and community newsletters. It also includes a budget and list of equipment needed to carry out these plans. One of the photographs included in the proposal shows people demonstrating against discriminatory voter registration practices in Hattiesburg, MS.
