Civil Rights Collection; This report informs Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) staff of structural changes within the organization and new approaches the organization will take to empowering African Americans across the country. The document is meant to correct misinformation that the press published concerning leadership changes within SNCC. It introduces the organization's new leaders and explains in which area of the Civil Rights movement the old leaders will now work.
