- Black and white photograph of Mayor Olgiati standing in front of a group of firemen and policemen with a fire hose, in front of Busch's and a loan store. This is from the fourth day of protests when Mayor Olgiati allowed firemen to control the crowd with fire hoses. Around 5:00 pm that day, police in Chattanooga began the notorious fire hose crowd control tactic that is strongly associated with the Civil Rights movement. Olgiati is also pictured in 2007.083.001.t The name "Mooney" is written on the back.
