- Folder 19 includes administrative records and correspondence between leadership members of the Southern Regional Council. There are also several excerpts and clipping from newspapers, such as the Lighthouse and Informer, concerning human rights activism in the Southeast. This folder also contains the minutes from "Meeting at Birmingham to discuss ways of reducing violence in the South arising from racial and religious tension" in May of 1952. A chain of letters between cooperating organizations from June of 1952 examples how these organizations work to inform and engage community members in their activism.
