- Folder 27 contains the administrative records of the South Carolina Council on Human Relations, Southern Regional Council and correspondence between members of leadership. There are several letters concerning activism work in Florence, SC such as the Letter to Rev. E. L. Byrd concerning a meeting held at the Department of Public Welfare, January 10, 1955, and several other conferences in the states and across the South. There are some correspondence about a conference at Fisk University. However, this folder mostly contain correspondence concerning the financial organization and expenditures on staffing secretarial and field worker positions.
