- Description:
- Report for the months of November and December 1971 from McCain. McCain provides an update on the political climate in South Carolina. The South Carolina Republican party was opening its doors to black voters and doing everything they can to attract black leadership to encourage their constituents to follow. With the newly granted right to vote in South Carolina, young voters can have a surprising effect on the state's traditional patterns in the 1972 elections.
