- Study published on June 16, 1964 on an investigation to determine the feasibility of establishing private schools in the Orangeburg community that would continue to impose segregation, despite recent supreme court rulings to end segregation in public schools. The investigation was executed by a number of individuals, with T. Elliot Wannamaker as the chairman.
