- Letter from Joseph A. DeLaine, Sr., of Charlotte, North Carolina to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding a conversation with a Dr. Sinclair, a news reporter, who informed DeLaine that James Leroy Moore, also known as Jack Mack, and the president of the White Citizens Council are determined to punish DeLaine. DeLaine explains that he is sending documents to the Bureau and requests that they add them to their file documenting the Ku Klux Klan incident in Summerton, South Carolina in March 1950.
