DeLaine, Sr., also of New York City, inviting DeLaine to attend a human relations conference, co-sponsored by the Emergency Committee of School Districts 12, 13, and 14 and the Manhattan Council of State Commission Against Discrimination. DeLaine is invited to discuss more effective means of enforcing the commission and utilizing its educational resources in the area.
