- Letter from Janice M. Roberts, secretary of the Religious Freedom Committee in New York, New York, to Joseph A. DeLaine, Sr., also of New York, New York, offering to assist DeLaine with his legal struggles because his right to the free exercise of religion was infringed when he was prevented from fulfilling the roll of his religious calling. Roberts also requests that DeLaine attend a committee meeting to discuss details of the assistance. The stationary for the committee lists other officers in the organization.
