Two page letter from Isaiah DeQuincey Newman to Patricia S. Rothrock of the general board of global ministries of the United Methodist Church, dated September 23, 1981. In this letter, Newman thanks Rothrock for attention paid to student Ella Crawford, describes the enclosure of an article on Crawford, and itemizes donations paid to support Crawford's education at Claflin College.
