One page letter from Isaiah DeQuincey Newman to J. O. Wendall Martin of the White Hall A. M. E. Church in Jenkinsville, South Carolina, dated March 2, 1971. In the letter, Newman asks Martin to make an announcement in his church to promote a meeting of the Home and Community Improvement Club of Great Falls, South Carolina; Lieutenant Governor Earle E.
