- An oral history interview by William Gravely on June 20, 1990, with Ruth Clardy, the daughter of one of the defendants in the court case regarding suspected partcipants in the lynching of Willie Earle. Topics include conversations with her father about taxi fares and practices, the taxi driver whose murder was the crime of which Willie Earle had been accused, and the sequence of events on the night of the lynching. A draft transcript of the interview and notes on the interview by William Gravely are included.
