- Oral history interview with Arnold Task. Task speaks of his involvement in race relations in his previous work in Saint Louis, Missouri, and Newport News, Virginia. He also discusses school integration that occurred in 1971 in which his children attended a previously African American school, as well as the 1969 integration of Dudley High School and the curfew imposed on the city at that time. Task shares his experience with the city's administration and rising African American power in the community. He talks about the confrontation between the Ku Klux Klan and the Communist Workers Party. Task explores some of the problems with housing in Greensboro and concludes the interview speaking about changes in race relations in the community.
