It includes a program schedule of panel discussions and lectures and the names of all panelists and lecturers, including Howard Fuller, Nathan Hare, and James Brewer. The forum generated considerable controversy statewide. The program is two pages and contains handwritten notes, presumably by Chancellor James Sharbrough Ferguson.
