- An announcement about a public talk to be held on October 27, 1981, on the federal investigation into the murders of five Communist Workers Party members at the Death to the Klan march, on November 3, 1979. The talk featured speakers including Durham attorney H.M. Michaux, Duke University law professor William van Alstyne, author Elizabeth Wheaton, and Greensboro attorney Michael Curtis. The talk was sponsored by the American Friends Service Committee of High Point, the Greensboro Citizens for Justice and Unity, and the Greensboro chapter of the North Carolina Civil Liberties Union. On the back of the flyer is a personal letter to from Edward Burrows, Jane Curtis, and Beth Keiser to their "Guilford colleagues" which expresses their support for the event and explains the history and activities of the Citizens for Justice and Unity group.
