- This letter from U.S. Department of Justice Special Agent Robert Pence, responds to Marv[?] Glass' request for information related to the FBI's investigation of the Communist Workers Party in Greensboro prior to the murder of five CWP members at the Death to the Klan march, on November 3, 1979. Pence reports that records related to the FBI investigation prior to the incident need to be retrieved from the central FBI office, but that there are over 1000 pages of news clippings related to the incident in the files located at the Charlotte office. This is a copy of the original letter.
