- This February 3, 1990, article from the Greensboro News & Record was written by Jim Schlosser on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the 1960 Greensboro sit-ins. The article concerns the Greensboro Historical Museum exhibit opening featuring the four original Woolworth lunch counter stools. The opening was attended by three of the four students participating in the original sit-in: Franklin McCain, David Richmond, and Joseph McNeill. Also in attendance was photographer Jack Moebes. The article mentions the renaming of Sycamore Street adjacent to the Woolworth store where the sit-ins occurred to February One Place. Three photographs accompany the article - two of the exhibit itself and one of the February One Place street sign. This article was clipped and saved in a scrapbook by Clarence "Curly" Harris, manager of the Greensboro Woolworth store at the time of the 1960 sit-ins. Harris is mentioned briefly in the article.
