- Records collected by the Mississippi Sovereignty Commission between November 1968 and January 1969. The file contains a report by commission investigator Fulton Tutor; a memorandum about alleged subversive activities of Mitsu Shiboh and Thomas Sellers; letters to James H. Dillon, Senate Subcommittee on Investigations following up on a comment made in Esquire magazine about land purchased land "to be utilized for training in guerilla warfare"; a letter to George Morrell of Home Theaters, Inc., seeking information on an employee allegedly dismissed for mishandling or embezzling money; a memorandum about a visit to Mississippi State University student Pat Coughlin who wrote an article attacking the Commission; a letter to Burns Tatun, Director of the University of Mississippi Campus Police committing cooperation; and a letter to Eli Howell, Executive secretary of the Alabama State Sovereignty Commission planning for a joint meeting of all State Sovereignty Commissions or similar organizations
