- Records collected by the Mississippi Sovereignty Commission on the 1964 Civil Rights Act. The folder contains a pamphlet published by the National Lawyers Guild, a copy of the Congressional Record from August 1966 that documents work on an anti-riot amendment to the act, remarks made about Title VII of the act at a meeting of the Mississippi Economic Council in 1965, and an article about the act published in the National Observer.
