- Description:
- Image of the first page of a two-page letter from James Dombrowski to William Howard Melish. In this letter Dombrowski expresses frustration at the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) scheduling a fundraiser within a week of one scheduled by the Southern Conference Educational Fund (SCEF). Dombrowski also mentions that SNCC invited John Henry Faulk to speak at their event one week prior to the SCEF event. He writes, "[W]e are eager to insure that SNCC's party is a great success, but SNCC is certainly making it hard for us in this case."
