Abstract for Wilkerson: [00:00-14:40] In a July 28, 1973 interview, Missie Wilkerson speaks briefly with Goreau about life during the Great Depression. Wilkerson then shares an anecdote about Mahalia Jackson using her influence to help evict a non-paying tenant from one of Wilkerson's Chicago properties in the mid-1960s – 3:39. Wilkerson and Goreau discuss a possible film about Jackson and the potential of Wilkerson playing herself – 9:55. Goreau compliments Wilkerson's acting and story-telling ability – 12:58.
