- Interview with Anne Braden, November 8, 1989 conducted by Catherine Fosl.
Anne Braden was a white southern anti-racist activist, organizer and journalist from Louisville, Kentucky. In this interview, Braden discusses the Gandhi Corps, an interracial group of local teens who held demonstrations against segregation. She speaks about the early 1950s and she and Carl Braden's political life shifting more to the left as they began to work with other organizations besides unions and support the Progressive Party.
