- This audio recording features footage from the Bethune-Cookman College's Dean's Assembly. Mrs. Lula Daye introduces Dr. Cleo S. Higgins, the Acting Academic Dean of Bethune–Cookman College (1976-1977) and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dean of the Faculty (1978-1986). Starting at 00:05:33, Dr. Higgins speaks about the power of thought and intentions, inspired from the bible verse, "As a Man Thinketh". She emphasizes how what one thinks is how they will behave, what they will manifest and attract, and how people will treat them. Dr. Higgins encourages students to have good thoughts and actions to receive good habits and a good life. Audio contains white noise.
