- This video features a multi-day event at American Baptist College (ABC) while Odell McGlothian was the president of ABC. He speaks at 50:43. Rev. Joe Allen Bush, pastor of a church in Bronx, NY is the first highlighted speaker in the first section of this video. The next day at 52:54 is introduced by faculty member, Dr. McLaren, who introduces the event which is a colloquy; it has the theme: Diversity in Theology, with a special emphasis on the strength of diversity. Dr. McLaren introduces the main speaker for this colloquy, Dr. Lawrence Kirby, pastor of St. Paul Baptist Church in Wisconsin; he then introduces the respondents of his sermon, Dr. Douglas, Director of the humanities and Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church; and Dr. Charles Hudson, who is an instructor at ABC. After a jump to to a different day at 2:14:57, Rev. Joe Allen Bush gives another sermon. In the third day shown (2:59:59), which appears to be another colloquy, Dr. Lawrence Kirby is shown giving a sermon. At 3:15:05, Dr. Richard D. Lucas, who is a faculty member at ABC, introduces Dr. Kirby's respondents: Brother Sam Bean, the Coordinator for Black Church Development in the Special Ministries Department of the Southern Baptist Sunday School Board; and Brother Jerry Sell, the Assistant Director of the Education Commision for the Southern Baptist Convention. In the following day, which begins at 4:08:35, Rev. Mark Sandilands gives a sermon at 4:26:58. The day following which begins at 5:00:31, there is an unnamed preacher who gives a sermon that begins at 5:06:20. In the last day shown, beginning at 5:28:02 there is another unidentified preacher giving a sermon. From 5:28:02 until the end of the video, there is a blue overlay on the video in the last day shown.
