- This video features an American Baptist College Garnett-Nabrit Lecture (GNL) series on the theme of "Vibrant Theology." This video shows the third and final day of a multi-day GNL series. Dr. Kevin Cosby of Trinity United Church of Christ opens the video with a recap of lectures from the previous days. Dr. Cosby explains the meaning of "Theology" as human reasoning and interpretation of God. Dr. Cosby emphasizes that in order to have an effective social justice ministry in the 21st Century, church leaders must have social analysis of societies, the black community, and of individual self.
