- The program for the Twenty-Fourth Annual Garnett-Nabrit Lectures (GNL) series, focusing on the theme of, "Church and State: Separation and/or Cooperation." The GNL series, which started in 1958, is an annual minister's institute, honoring the legacies of J.M. Nabrit, the fourth president of American Baptist College and J.H. Garnett, a former dean of American Baptist College. Every year, religious leaders and scholars gather to address issues regarding religious leadership and service. This GNL features Dr. Harvey G. Cox, Dr. Edward V. Hill, and Rev. Earl M. Brown.
