- Class of young girls performing stretches led by instructor on an outdoor basketball court. Handwritten on reverse: "Class in Calisthenics" and "Myrtle Johus." Stetson Kennedy (1916-2011), writer and civil rights activist, collected these photographs during the course of his career fighting for equality throughout the Southern United States.
