Ted Clark talks to Atlanta Mayor Maynard Jackson at City Hall Tuesday where about 50 people supporting former Atlanta housing Authority maintenance workers demonstrated over the muddled question of AHA board membership. Four people, two named by the mayor and two named by City Council, have been appointed to two vacant seats on the AHA's board of commissioners. The state attorney general has refused to rule on teh issue and Jackson does not want the matter to go to court immediately. The Clark-led demonstrators chided the mayor for his stand. October 4, 1978"
