- Oral history interview with Pitt County Sherriff Paula Dance created as part of a 2020 Library Services and Technology Act Community Connections grant received by ECU Academic Library Services. Dance discusses her background and her career in law enforcement, particularly her experience as the first female African American sheriff in Pitt County and one of only a few nationwide.
