Parcel Appraisal Report (1962) by D.G. Nichols, Realtor. Daniel W. Adams, Sr. and wife, Laura Elizabeth (1963) by George M. West, Real Estate Appraiser. Included in the reports are photographs of the houses on the property. The property was purchased and the houses demolished as part of the Shore Drive Redevelopment Project meant to "revitalize" Greenville's downtown area, but which broke up a vibrant African American community and displaced over 250 African American families in the name of economic development.
