- The Clifford Baldowski cartoon depicts a stream of cars lined up outside the Georgia Welcome Center. Many vehicles travel in the opposite direction also. A raccoon by the side of the road holds a sign that reads "See the swamp." A sign above the Welcome Center says "Total Tourist Spending." The sign is rolling over from "1976" and $1,600,000,000 to "1977" and a larger monetary amount.
