This document describes the progress the ADE has made since March 15, 1994, in complying with provisions of the Implementation Plan and itemizes the ADE's progress against timelines presented in the Plan. - IMPLEMENTATION PHASE ACTIVITY I. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS A. Use the previous year's three quarter average daily membership to calculate MFPA (State Equalization) for the current school year. 1. Actual as of December 31, 2004 Based on the information available at November 30, 2004, the ADE calculated the State Foundation Funding for FY 04/05, subject to periodic adjustments. B.
