Caption on photo reads: (AC20) ATLANTIC CITY, Aug. 24 -- ALL-NIGHT VIGIL UNDERWAY ON BOARDWALK -- Demonstrators supporting the Freedom Democratic party delegation from Mississippi to the Democratic convention in Atlantic City are seated on the boardwalk outside Convention Hall today in what their spokesmen called an all-night vigil. Some 70 persons took their places just after midnight. The convention credentials committee is to decide today whether to seat the predominantly-Negro Freedom group or an all-white delegation.
