Caption on front: SAVANNAH, GA.--- On steps of courthouse where a May 4 hearing resulted in 30-day jail sentences for four men arrested for trespassing on land at the Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge that they say actually belong to about 50 black families, SCLC president Dr. Joseph E. Lowery promises continued protest demonstrations and efforts to get legislation introduced into Congress which would enable the people to regain their land. With him are representatives of the families involved and (on Dr. Lowery's left) SCLC director of Chapters and affiliates Rev. Fred D. Taylor, who has remained in the area to consult with the families.
