Abraham Woods, president of the Birmingham chapter of SCLC, extends greetings to Dr. and Mrs. Lowery during a reception given in their honor that was hosted by Mrs. Richard Arrington, wife of Birmingham's mayor. The reception launched the two-day public policy symposium held in Birmingham.
