- This video features a SCLC/W.O.M.E.N. Civil Rights Heritage Tour held on March 6-7, 2004. This video opens with welcoming remarks from Yvonne Lowery Kennedy, Evelyn G. Lowery, U.S. Representative John Lewis, and Birmingham, Alabama representatives. This video footage includes a luncheon in Montgomery, Alabama in which civil rights leaders Johnnie Carr, Lula Williams, Reverend James Orange, and tour participants share their experiences and learning about the civil rights movement. This video also features a reenactment of the Selma to Montgomery March across the Edmund Pettus Bridge, a litany reading for Hosea Williams, and a memorial monument dedication to John Lewis. This video concludes with a SCLC/W.O.M.E.N. wreath laying and litany reading at Earl T. Shinhoster's memorial highway marker and closing remarks by tour participants.
