- This video features a criminal justice symposium held at Morehouse College, sponsored by the Lowery Institute for Justice and Human Rights. In this recording symposium participants ask panelists questions regarding the prevention of juvenile imprisonment and injustices and public school systems involvement with juvenile imprisonment. Panelists and participants discuss ways to address negative juvenile behaviors, alternative consequences of crime, development of youth programs, collaboration with communities, and other strategies to prevent youth imprisonment. At 00:23:23, footage from the luncheon event begins, in which keynote speaker Dr. Reginald Elliot is introduced and speaks about the topic "Reclaiming Our Youth" and available community, education, and job training programs for youth.
