- This video features an election monitoring workshop facilitated by Dr. Keith Jennings that was held on October 12, 2004. This workshop focuses on developing strategies to improve the election monitoring process by analyzing the voter education process, voter registration process, the election machines, and actions of political parties during the pre-election period, election day, and post-election day period. Jennings also addresses access to voting materials, security at voting polls, and the vote counting process. This video concludes with a question and answer segment between election monitor volunteers and Jennings. Audio is low.
