- This video features a meeting held in Atlanta, Georgia in which voting rights and the 2004 election are discussed. Dr. Keith Jennings, the director of Count Every Vote 2004, uses election monitoring data to report the successes, irregularities and challenges of voting and voter registration in the 2004 election. Jennings, representatives of Voices for Working Families, The Ordinary People Society (TOPS), and other organizations report their observations on limited voting machines, new voter restrictions, discrimination, lack of resources, violations, and voter suppression strategies observed in African American communities by Count Every Vote volunteers. At 00:34:09, Jennings leads a panel discussion on voter registration concerns.
