- This video features proceedings from a criminal justice symposium held at Morehouse College, sponsored by the Lowery Institute for Justice and Human Rights. The video opens with audience members in an auditorium speaking with each other after the conclusion of Joseph E. Lowery's remarks. At 00:01:29, the footage switches to a panel of speakers who talk about how to create a framework for successful dialogue around race, immigration, labor issues, etc. and how Black people understanding their national and ethic identities is also important to building relationships. Speakers include Leah Wise (former director of Southerners for Economic Justice) and Nunu Kidane (director, Priority Africa Network).
