- This video features the second part of a recording of a public forum on the use of taser guns held by the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Fred Taylor serves as the panel moderator and the panelists include Dexter Wimbish (SCLC legal counsel), a former Atlanta police officer, an Amnesty International representative, Reverend John Stewart, Jr. (President, NAACP, Gwinnett branch), Tyrone Brooks (President of the Georgia Association of Black Elected Officials), and Georgia state representative Pedro Marin. This video contains the remarks of the Amnesty International representative, Stewart, Brooks, and Marin. Further remarks are made by a citizen on Gwinnett County's use of tasers and the forum closes with a question and answer session, the singing of "We Shall Overcome", and a prayer. Audio note: Bad audio at head to 00:00:29 - results in loud buzzing noise for first 20 seconds of the video.
