- Description:
- This video features the proceedings of a "Get Out The Vote" meeting held at the Treme Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Keith Jennings, the director of Count Every Vote 2004, speaks to the audience about the need for election monitoring and about voting procedures in general. Much of the video shows Jennings listening to audience members, whose voices cannot always be heard well in the recording. At 00:45:39, the footage switches to Jennings leading a smaller discussion group about election monitoring and voter education.
