- This video features the first part of a recording of a public forum on the use of taser guns held by the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The proceedings include a singing performance, an invocation from Reverend Leroy Watson, III, special remarks from Percy Scott (Human Relations Executive for Gwinnett County) and Albert E. Love, and remarks from the forum panelists. Fred Taylor serves as the panel moderator and the panelists include Dexter Wimbish (SCLC legal counsel), a former Atlanta police officer, an Amnesty International representative, Reverend John Stewart, Jr. (President, NAACP, Gwinnett branch), Tyrone Brooks (President of the Georgia Association of Black Elected Officials), and Georgia state representative Pedro Marin. This video contains the remarks of Wimbish and the former Atlanta police officer.
