- This video features footage from the SCLC/WOMEN Civil Rights Heritage Tour held on October 2-3, 2004, with a focus on "Getting Out the Vote". This video begins with a visit to Jimmie Lee Jackson's memorial monument followed by a luncheon hosted by Barbara Cross and participants marching with "Get Out the Vote" signs across the Edmund Pettus Bridge. Sites visited in this video include the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, the National Voting Rights Museum & Institute, and numerous historical markers placed by SCLC/WOMEN. At 01:26:00, Evelyn G. Lowery and tour participants register Atlanta community members to vote. This video concludes with remarks from Evelyn G. Lowery, a prayer, the reading of a litany at Earl T. Shinhoster's memorial site in Tuskegee, Alabama, and a closing statement from Johnny Ford.
